Privacy Policy
Applies to the Android game "Jungle Break: Snack Rescue" (package com.zafigames.junglebreak). Effective date: 11 October 2026.
1. Who we are
The game is published by Zafi Games ("we", "us"). Privacy contact: support@zafigames.com. Website: https://zafigames.com.
2. In short
The game has no account, no login and no social features. It does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is saved on your device. The game does connect to the internet: it shows ads (Google AdMob), sends gameplay statistics (GameAnalytics), and handles the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase through Google Play. These services collect the data described below, and some of it is collected by them under their own responsibility.
3. What data is collected, and by whom

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, messages, health data or precise location.
These services send data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
4. Consent and ad choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the US states that require it, the game shows Google's consent form when it starts, before ads or analytics start. If you decline, ads are not personalised, and analytics is not sent where your choice does not allow it. Where required, Settings > Privacy options lets you change your choice later. Outside those regions, ads and analytics may run without a consent form. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
5. Why we use data, and legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Showing and measuring ads, including personalised ads where you allow them: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in funding the free game.
- Analytics: your consent where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in improving the game.
- Purchases: performance of the contract with you.
- Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest.
You may withdraw consent at any time through Privacy options (if shown) or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
6. Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us at support@zafigames.com and we will help delete any data we can identify.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not run our own servers that store it. Data goes to the providers above, who process it as described in their own policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
8. Retention
Local game data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game. Data held by Google (AdMob, Play) follows Google's retention practices. GameAnalytics keeps event data according to its own retention policy. We do not keep a separate copy of your data.
9. Your rights and deletion
There is no account, so we cannot identify you by name. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To ask us to delete the analytics data tied to your install, email support@zafigames.com and include the random install/user ID if you can obtain it. We will pass the request to GameAnalytics, which handles deletion requests by email and deletes data from its active systems; copies may persist briefly in disaster-recovery backups.
For advertising data held by Google, use your Google Account's ad settings and Android's advertising ID controls. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device.

11. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
12. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when the game adds features. The effective date above shows the latest version.
