Zafi Games

Privacy Policy

Applies to the Android game "True Shove: Slide Puzzle" (package com.zafigames.trueshove). Effective date: 14 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The game is published by Zafi Games ("we", "us"). Privacy contact: support@zafigames.com. Website: https://zafigames.com.

2. In short

The game has no account, no login, no chat and no other social features. It does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. Your progress is saved on your device. The game does connect to the internet: it shows ads (Google AdMob), sends gameplay statistics (GameAnalytics) where your consent choice allows it, and handles in-app purchases through Google Play. These services collect the data described below, and some of it is collected by them under their own responsibility.

3. What data is collected, and by whom

WhoWhatWhy
On your device only (we do not receive it)Game progress (levels solved, best moves, stars, attempts), your herd and wardrobe, the items you own, settings, Daily Climb streak, and a local event log.So the game works and remembers your progress.
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's consent tool (User Messaging Platform, UMP)Advertising ID, app-set ID, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and OS information, ad interactions (requests, views, clicks, rewards), diagnostics and performance data. UMP stores your consent choice on the device.Serving and measuring rewarded and interstitial ads, fraud prevention, and showing the consent form where the law requires it.
GameAnalytics (works for us as an analytics service provider; only after consent where consent is required)Gameplay events: app opened, tutorial steps, level started, restarted, solved (moves used, time, star), stuck, undo, hint and skip use, Daily Climb played, solved and shared, shop opened, ads shown or failed, purchases and restores (product and list price), consent outcome, and session end (play time). Also device and OS information, a random install/user ID created by the SDK, and country derived from the IP address.Understanding how the game is played, finding levels that are too hard, balancing, and fixing problems.
Google Play / Google Play BillingYour in-app purchases (one-time items such as animals, wardrobe items, packs and Remove Ads) are processed by Google. We do not receive your payment details; analytics records only which product was bought and its list price.Completing the purchase and restoring it on reinstall.

The game itself does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, messages, health data or precise location. It asks for no runtime permissions.

Daily Climb sharing: the Copy result button only copies a short text result (puzzle number, moves and streak) to your device's clipboard. The game sends nothing; you decide whether to paste it anywhere.

These services send data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the US states that require it, the game shows Google's consent form when it starts, before ads or analytics start. If you decline, ads are not personalised, and gameplay statistics are not sent to GameAnalytics. Where required, a Privacy choices link on the home screen reopens the form so you can change your choice; a withdrawal stops analytics at once. Outside those regions, ads and analytics may run without a consent form. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

5. Why we use data, and legal bases (EEA/UK)

You may withdraw consent at any time through Privacy choices (if shown) or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

The puzzles are fixed and the same for everyone: no level, hint or difficulty is ever changed based on your data, spending or ad history.

6. Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. Ads are requested with a family-friendly content rating. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us at support@zafigames.com and we will help delete any data we can identify.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not run our own servers that store it. Data goes to the providers above, who process it as described in their own policies. We may disclose information if required by law.

8. Retention

Local game data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game. Data held by Google (AdMob, Play) follows Google's retention practices. GameAnalytics keeps event data according to its own retention policy. We do not keep a separate copy of your data.

9. Your rights and deletion

There is no account, so we cannot identify you by name. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.

To ask us to delete the analytics data tied to your install, email support@zafigames.com with the subject "True Shove data deletion" and include the random install/user ID if you can obtain it. We will pass the request to GameAnalytics, which handles deletion requests by email and deletes data from its active systems; copies may persist briefly in disaster-recovery backups. We aim to reply within 30 days.

For advertising data held by Google, use your Google Account's ad settings and Android's advertising ID controls. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, removes everything stored on your device (purchases are restored from Google Play).

10. Third-party policies

11. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

12. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when the game adds features. The effective date above shows the latest version.
